The Eugene Rousseau Foundation is a nonprofit organization created to honor the memory of Eugene Rousseau, an international performer, innovator, educator, and advocate for the classical saxophone. The mission of the foundation is to offer scholarships and facilitate performance opportunities for classical saxophone students and musicians.
